Today, I’m grateful for: Technology

Today, I’m grateful for technology. Right now, I can’t BE present in the same ways I normally am, but with the creative use of technology, I can at least feel like I’m a part of Calvin’s world.

With our Nest cam, I can watch him riding his trikes up and down the sidewalk. With our monitor, I can watch him have a special story time with his dad, and through an app, I can receive photos and notes about his day.

These small things mean so much in the moment, and make me feel grateful for the joy it brings.
