Today, I’m grateful for: One more day
Today, a friend said to me, “One more month!” And for a second, I was like 👀 I’ve been so caught up in days and weeks, that it never occurred to me that July officially marked one month out from baby time! Technically tomorrow would be “one month” out, but it does feel good to have one more little milestone under our belt.
The time between now and our delivery date includes a hundred little mini milestones, each one gratifying in its own way. Every Friday is special because it marks another week of growth for our sweet girl. Every Monday is special because it marks another week closer to our delivery date. Every morning I wake up safe with baby girl is a blessing. And every day I get to spend at home with my family is blissful.
Today, I’m grateful for another milestone.
