Reflection: Everything changes when we decide to show up.
Today, I’m grateful for: bath time
Challenge: Approach an everyday task with the utmost attention, consciousness and focus. How does it feel?
Today, I’m grateful for bath time. A simple little step in our normal evening routine that sometimes passes right by mundanely. But tonight, I showed up. I showed up all the way. We played water pipes and fished for sharks and spelled our names with letters and made drum noises. And it was wonderful. How incredible these simple memories can be. These everyday moments that make up our lives. Today, I’m grateful for a sweet, sweet boy who loves my attention and loves to play.
