What’s the goal? 

How can I leverage the practice of gratitude to elevate my vibration, choose happiness, and manifest joy? 


What’s the context? 

Life is hard. It ebbs and flows, but we spend so much time and energy on the painful, laborious and tedious feelings of the ebbs, that we fail to even recognize the peace and joy that’s present with the flows. The yin to the yang. The up to the down. The inherent fact that there is no joy without sadness. No rainbow without the storm, and no happiness without suffering. 


My vow 

For the next 365 days, I will make conscious effort to practice gratitude each day, multiple times a day. I will offer a single question for reflection each day, and I will document my learnings here.
